Fernando Benzo (Madrid, 1965). Since publishing The Happy Years (Castilla-La Mancha Prize) at twenty-three years of age, he has never stopped writing. He has recently worked in the field of cultural promotion and has been Undersecretary of Education, Culture, and Sports, and Secretary of State of Culture.
